Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. No accounts, no profiles
Neurobank does not ask you to sign up, and we do not collect your name, email address, age, gender, or contact information. There is no server copy of your results — your answers, scores, and test progress are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you delete the App.
2. What is processed, and by whom
- Purchases (Apple). All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID under Apple's own privacy policy. We never receive your payment details.
- Purchase state (RevenueCat). We use RevenueCat, a purchase-infrastructure provider, to verify purchases and manage subscription status. RevenueCat processes an anonymous, randomly generated device identifier and your purchase history (products bought, subscription status). This identifier is not linked to your identity. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Basic app diagnostics. If enabled in a future version, anonymous usage events (e.g. "test completed") may be collected to improve the App. They would use the same anonymous device identifier and never include your individual answers tied to your identity. The current version does not send analytics.
3. What we don't do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- No selling or renting of data — there is nothing to sell.
- No collection of contacts, photos, location, or health data.
4. Data retention and deletion
Because your results live only on your device, deleting the App deletes them. To ask RevenueCat-held purchase records to be deleted, contact us at support@neurobank.app with your app user ID (shown in the App's settings if available) and we will process the request. Note that Apple retains its own purchase records under its policies.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App collects no personal information from anyone, no special parental process applies, but if you believe a child has made a purchase, use Apple's refund and family-sharing controls.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in Europe, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, most requests can be satisfied by deleting the App; for purchase-state records, email us and we will coordinate with RevenueCat and Apple as applicable.
7. Changes
If our data practices change — for example, if a future version adds optional analytics — we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before the change takes effect.
